Returns
Customer Satisfaction is our main goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. Please inform us of any problems, and we will do our best to correct it. Unworn & non-damaged items are accepted for merchandise credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition & returned within 14 days accompanied by a receipt. Postage is non-refundable. A refund will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit or equal value merchandise exchange. All sale items are final. Refund, credit or exchange will not be given on sales items or earrings.

Special orders
All special orders are final and non-returnable once designs are approved by client. A (50% deposit is required on all special/customer orders) Additions and or changes are subject to additional charges without notice. This includes special occasions, custom & bridal orders, etc.
