When will my order ship out?
All orders ship within 48 to 72 hours of payment confirmation, excluding custom orders. All custom orders are shipped on or before the date specified during the order process.

What is your return policy?
Unworn or un-damanaged items will receive credit or exchange, if returned in saleable condition and within 14 days accompanied by the original receipt. Postage is non-refundable. All sale items and earrings are final. Please contact info@tulacouture.com for any questions.

How long will my jewelry last?
Under normal wearing conditions, and with proper care, your gold filled and sterling silver jewelry can last a long time. Gold plated jewelry is not as steady as gold filled, so take special care in handling your gold plated jewelry.
